The grounds were stunning, perfect for relaxing. The family room was spacious with charming decor.

Spacious room but poor service at dinner overshadowed our stay.

The staff provided exceptional service, including early check-in and an upgraded room for a birthday celebration. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a diverse selection of hot and cold options. The gardens offered a lovely backdrop for a relaxing walk, although the restaurant food, while good, didn’t leave a lasting impression.

Lack of air conditioning in rooms!!! Noise from generators disrupting peace!!! Maintenance issues highlight a need for better upkeep!!! Inexperienced staff can negatively affect service satisfaction!!! Poor Wi-Fi connectivity leaves much to be desired!!!

The room was really nice and clean, with a great bathroom and spacious layout. Plus, having a little fridge was super handy for keeping milk cold for tea! The bed was comfy, and the decor felt classy and cozy. A nice touch was the personalized welcome note and chocolates for my husband’s birthday—such a cute gesture! No complaints about the room, really. Just a really pleasant space to relax in after a day out.

From the moment I arrived, the lovely gardens took my breath away! The afternoon tea in a stunning backdrop was a delightful treat, with beautifully presented sandwiches that made my heart sing. Plus, the room was spacious with a stunning view of the serene grounds, making it tough to leave!

I had a lovely stay enjoying the charming grounds and the very attentive staff who made my experience feel special. The breakfast was extensive, featuring freshly made options that really set the day right. My room was clean and cozy, providing a perfect retreat after exploring the area. However, I wish there were more dining options available in the evening, as the bar was less accessible during events.

A couple of annoyances came up during the stay. First off, there's no lift access to the third floor, leading to a workout carrying bags up the stairs. the breakfast experience left something to be desired—cooked toast had to be sent back, and an ant issue by the window wasn't ideal. Scrambled eggs fell short of expectations, and lacking an option for poached eggs seemed odd. while the room's comfy setup was appreciated, the dining experiences didn't quite match up, impacting the overall enjoyment.
